I am new in the medical profession but I love it already. The pressure you put on yourself so that you can help a child to survive his injury. Those are really adrenaline pumping moments when you have to move fast but you can’t afford to make mistakes at the same time. And to top it off, you are new. Although you know everything that needs to be done but hesitations gets on your way because you are always thinking that you are new and might not be doing the right thing. This is my baptism by fire in my first job with a children trauma center. But I love it here already and I can imagine myself spending all my life working here. And what impressed me the most is because this is a children’s hospital, everything is so bright; the atmosphere and the people who works here. The staffs are wearing so nice looking medical uniforms and even in their scrub tops seems like they just came off the ramp. I wondered at the start where they got those good looking medical scrubs.
